If I were looking for a graduate job today, I wouldn't start on a job board

If I graduated this summer and needed a job, I wouldn’t start by looking for vacancies. I’d start by making a list. But it wouldn’t be a list of jobs. And I certainly wouldn’t abandon job boards. But I would do this instead.
